Return and Refund Policy

Personalized products

We literally make custom-made products. So, by default, no returns on personalized products.
On the other hand, we stand up when necessary. You can request an exchange or replacement if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect (not a mother-in-law defect 😉)

  • There is an error on our part in the customization (we are correcting it)

  • The product is damaged upon delivery (please open the package without playing hockey with it 📦🏒)

  • Friendly reminder: normal variations in wood/stone/leather such as grain, color and texture are not defects, they are just nature.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We're proud of our work, and it shows. If something's wrong:

  1. Write to us within 48 hours of receipt.

  2. Send clear photos of the problem (close-up + overview = CSI investigation of the engraving 🔍).

  3. We repair, rebuild, or replace free of charge when warranted. We promise, no nonsense.

Please note: an article cannot be reprinted if there has been final approval as is and the result corresponds to this approval.


How to make a complaint

Include : order number, photos, precise description of the problem

We respond within 24 business hours. If we're late, it's because we're either recording or sleeping (rarely at the same time).


Quick FAQ (to avoid back and forth)

  • Color/shade a little different from the photo? Possible depending on your screens and the nature of the materials: this is normal.

  • Breakage during shipping? We'll take care of it. Keep the packaging and take photos as soon as you open it.

  • Change of mind after final approval? We can re-engrave a new piece (with applicable fees), but the return of the original item is not possible.
